Lauren Saunders is a Canadian mandala artist and educator whose work explores the intersection of mindfulness, creativity, and nature. After spending years as a high school art teacher, she discovered mandala painting during a challenging season of life and quickly experienced its meditative and restorative qualities. What began as a personal creative practice soon grew into a full-time career dedicated to helping others discover the same sense of calm, confidence, and joy through art.Inspired by organic forms found in nature, Lauren's work combines intricate dot work, delicate brushstrokes, and layered textures to create highly detailed botanical mandalas that invite viewers to slow down and look closer.
