2. Promotion description
The 12 Days of Mandalas Giveaway consists of 12 separate daily Instagram giveaway promotions. Each daily promotion features one participating artist and their month in the 2027 Mandala Calendar.
One winner will be selected for each daily giveaway, for a total of 12 winners and 12 calendars.
Each daily giveaway is a separate promotion, although all 12 giveaways are part of the same campaign celebrating the launch of the 2027 Mandala Calendar.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion consists of twelve (12) separate daily giveaway posts, commencing consecutively each day from Monday, August 17, 2026, through Friday, August 28, 2026. While a new promotional post will be published daily, entries for all twelve (12) daily giveaways will remain open until the final closing deadline on Tuesday, August 31, 2026, at 12:00PM EST. The sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
4. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of:
- Canada.
- The United States.
- The United Kingdom.
- Australia.
- New Zealand.
- European countries where participation is legally permitted.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of Traveling Mandalas, participating artists, and their respective immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants are responsible for determining whether their participation is permitted in their jurisdiction.
5. How to Enter
To enter a daily giveaway through Instagram, an entrant must complete all of the following actions on the relevant daily giveaway post:
- Follow the calendar’s official Instagram account (
@TheMandalaCalendar). - Follow the featured artist’s Instagram account (
@featured artist). - Like the relevant daily giveaway post.
- Leave a comment tagging at least one (1) unique, valid Instagram account.
Entry Limits and Multipliers:
An entrant may earn multiple entries on a single daily giveaway post by leaving separate comments, provided that each comment tags a different Instagram account. Entries are capped at a maximum of five (5) entries per person, per daily giveaway post. Any comments beyond the first five from a single user on a single post will not be counted as additional entries by the selection software.
Tagged individuals do not become entrants merely because they have been tagged. Each person must independently complete the entry requirements to participate. An entrant may participate in all 12 daily giveaways across the duration of the promotion.
Sharing the post, joining an email list, purchasing a calendar, or taking any other action is not required to enter or win.
6. Entry limits
Each person may submit up to five (5) enties per daily giveaway.
The same person may enter all 12 daily giveaways.
Each person may win only one calendar during the entire promotion. If a person who has already won a calendar is selected again, that person will be disqualified from the later drawing and an alternate winner will be selected.
Duplicate, late, automated, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
Entries submitted through multiple Instagram accounts by the same person may be disqualified. The sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to obtain more entries than permitted or who interferes with the proper operation of the promotion.
7. Prizes
The prize for each daily giveaway is:
One 2027 Mandala Calendar.
There will be 12 calendars awarded in total.
The approximate retail value of each calendar is US$28, excluding shipping.
Shipping of the prize is included. The calendar will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the confirmed winner after October 15, 2026, along with regular customer orders.
The winner is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other import costs imposed by the destination country.
There is no cash or prize substitution, except at the sponsor’s discretion if required by circumstances outside its reasonable control. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prize will be shipped according to the sponsor’s applicable shipping policy. Additional information is available in the Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Winner selection
On August 31, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct twelve (12) independent random drawings - one for each specific daily giveaway post - using CommentPicker.com. One (1) unique potential winner will be selected from the eligible pool of comments on each individual post. An entrant may enter multiple daily posts, but a single unique Instagram account is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize across the entire 12-day promotional period. If an individual is drawn a second time on a subsequent post, an alternate winner will be immediately redrawn for that specific post. One potential winner and one alternate potential winner will be selected from the eligible entries associated with each daily giveaway post.
9. Winner verification and notification
Potential winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from the official calendar account, and tagged in an Instagram Story, and a pinned comment on the giveaway thread in which they won.
Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the sponsor sends the notification.
Before confirming a winner, the sponsor may request a valid mailing address and any additional information reasonably required to confirm eligibility or arrange delivery of the prize.
If a potential winner:
- Does not respond within 48 hours
- Cannot be contacted
- Is determined to be ineligible
- Has already won another calendar
- Fails to comply with these Official Rules
- Provides an invalid or incomplete mailing address
the potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
For Canadian residents, confirmation of a prize may also be subject to correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. The question will be provided after the entrant is selected as a potential winner.
10. Winner announcements
The sponsor will announce the winners on or around September 1, 2026.
Winner announcements may appear on the official Instagram account, the official website, Stories, or other promotional channels.
By entering, you grant Traveling Mandalas permission to use your Instagram username and publicly available giveaway-related content for winner announcements and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
The sponsor may request separate permission before using a winner’s photograph, testimonial, or other personal content in a manner unrelated to announcing or administering the promotion.
11. Personal information
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and arrange prize delivery.
The sponsor will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
Entering the giveaway does not require subscribing to a marketing email list. Any marketing subscription must be handled through a separate, voluntary consent process.
12. Instagram disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.
Each entrant agrees that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration, operation, prize distribution, or outcome of the promotion.
13. Sponsor rights
Traveling Mandalas reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of any entrant
- Disqualify entries that violate these rules
- Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or suspicious
- Correct administrative or technical errors
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical problems, platform changes, legal requirements, or other circumstances affect the proper operation of the promotion
- Select an alternate winner if a selected winner is disqualified or fails to respond
- Make reasonable decisions regarding the interpretation and administration of these Official Rules
The sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
14. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Traveling Mandalas, the participating artists, Instagram, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and service providers from claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Participation in the promotion
- Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or delivery of the prize
- Technical failures or interruptions
- Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries
- Problems with Instagram, CommentPicker.com, internet access, email, or other technical systems
- Any unauthorized human or technical intervention
- Events outside the sponsor’s reasonable control
This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Participation in the promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the sponsor’s decisions.
If an entrant does not agree to these rules, the entrant should not participate.
