The face behind the dots 💖

My artistic journey began in December 2017 when my mom gifted me one of her hand-painted dot art canvases. I was immediately captivated by how something as simple as carefully placed dots could create such intricate and beautiful designs. Inspired by her work, I picked up my own paint tools, and what started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion.

Nature plays a central role in my creative process. I spend hours exploring local riverbeds in search of smooth stones, each one chosen for its unique shape and character. Those natural canvases become one-of-a-kind mandalas, painted entirely by hand with thousands of carefully placed dots. I also enjoy creating on canvases, plaster art stones, wood, and other unique surfaces, but river rocks remain my favorite medium.

Painting is more than a creative outlet; it is a form of mindfulness. Each piece allows me to slow down, focus, and find balance in everyday life. My work is inspired by the beauty of nature, vibrant colour, and the calming symmetry of mandalas. Through every painting, I hope to share a sense of peace, joy, and connection, creating artwork that brings beauty and calm into the homes of others.
